iTrax Service Management

The iTrax Service Management solution is an execution level system designed for permanent installation within a service portal. The system interfaces with any number of hardware devices installed in the service portal to enable the recording, monitoring, management and display of client movement data in real time.

  • Supports an unlimited number of user defined service areas, both shared and individual waiting areas, allowing clients to queue for any or all of the service areas simultaneously.
  • Directs clients to service points when their service is due, notifying them via any number of audio or visual media devices installed in the service portal, as well as by SMS and E-mail.
  • Calculates expected waiting and service times per service area. Displays the calculated information on any number of visual interfaces in real time.
  • Supports a wide range of ticketing and event recording devices, including RFID tags and readers, magnetic stripe readers, bar-coded ticket printers and readers, infra red beams, directional people counters, proximity sensors, push buttons, access doors and gates, load cells, etc.
  • Records and stores information regarding client arrival and departure times, movement patterns, queue lengths and waiting times, transaction processing times, walkout rates, etc.
  • Interfaces seamlessly with the iTrax Customer Satisfaction component.
  • Wide range of standard system reports.
